Lower back pain is usually characterized as soreness and pain in the lower portion of the spine. Common causes are poor posture, bad lifting technique, or a fractured or erupted disc.

MY EXPERIENCE

I personally never had lower back issues. The most I’ve had was soreness. It went away when I started sleeping on hard wood floor.
