Gabriel Quejada– Started off with a mileage increase (30-60) but everything felt fine. Only problem was a little sleep deficit. First time it happened was during the meet, after the race there was a string headache. DID a long run RIGHT AFTER the race (5 hrs) of 12 miles. Had a stomach bug so could not eat, entering a 3000 caloric deficit. Afterwards, any kind of physical exercise will trigger the migraine. Took a week off, nothing happened. Took a few months off and now is seeing if it comes back.
